Downloading Digital Wall Art Prints
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Jetviewart.co.uk, confirmation might take a few minutes.
We’ll also send you a download notification email, separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from PayPal.
If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page to check. If it is a digital download, you should see a **DIGITAL FILE DOWNLOAD ONLY** line of text.
If you checked out as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your purchase in the Receipt email, or a separate Downloads email that was sent to you after purchase.
First, check your spam or junk box. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add info@jetviewart.co.uk to your address book or safe list.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us at https://jetviewart.co.uk/contact-us
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the programme required to open the file type. JPEG files can be opened by using your Windows or Mac operating system preview function. PDF files can be opened using an Acrobat Reader which is free to download from the Adobe’s website at: https://adobe.com/uk/reader
